April 2024 the Village at Clear Springs project receives approval from the County Board of Supervisors.

October 2023 the Village at Clear Springs project received approval from the County Planning Commission.

In 2019 Loudoun County adopted a new Comprehensive Plan that designated this assemblage of properties to be part of the Transition Policy Area, previously identified as Rural Policy Area.

Village at Clear Springs is proposing a community that features a diverse mix of housing types. All homes are designed to be near civic and open spaces, and easily accessible by residents and their guests.

The entire community will have an overall cohesive design for building architecture and community amenities. The homes and community clubhouse will be complimentary in design through like materials, colors, and architectural styles but with variations within the facades.

Village at Clear Springs is designed to be a sustainable, pedestrian oriented community
that provides opportunities for residents at different stages of their lives to remain within the neighborhood as they age in place.

The development is proposed to consist of 1,077 homes.
